The policy
No refunds after payment: try it free for 3 days first. If mouzeclick doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it within 7 days of your payment, we refund you in full.
This applies to every payment made from 25 October 2026: a 30-day pass, a monthly subscription, a yearly key and a lifetime key. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in and go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet); they appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Try it free first
The 3-day free trial costs nothing and takes no card, so there is nothing to refund or cancel: it simply ends. Use it to check that mouzeclick works on your computer, with your mouse and the apps you use, before you pay. See the terms.
How to ask
If mouzeclick does not work on your computer, email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment, from the address you paid with, with the word Refund in the subject. Tell us what happens: your Windows or macOS version, your mouse, and what you see. We try to fix it first. If we cannot fix it within 7 days of your payment, we refund that payment in full. We reply within two working days.
Monthly subscription
Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. The subscription stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and the app keeps working until then. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a month. We send a reminder inside the app three days before the end of each period.
30 days and 1 year
A 30-day pass and a yearly key are single payments with no auto-debit, so there is nothing to cancel: they simply end. Before the end we email you a link to pay for more time on the same key; if you do not pay, the key stops working when its time is up.
Lifetime
A lifetime key is a one-time payment. It never expires and has nothing to cancel.
Paid before 25 October 2026
If you paid before 25 October 2026, you keep the 7-day refund promise you bought under: email us within 7 days of that payment for a full refund.
What you pay
mouzeclick is one plan with everything included. In India you pay ₹499 a month, in Indian rupees. Everywhere else you pay $25 a month, in US dollars. With 6 or more keys, every key is 10% off (₹449 a month each in India, $22.50 elsewhere). You can pay once for 30 days or monthly, at the same price; a code takes 10% off the first 30-day or 1-year payment. Or pay once for longer: 1 year is ₹4,999 in India or $249 elsewhere, and lifetime is ₹9,999 or $499 (the first 100 lifetime keys only). A 30-day pass, a yearly key and a lifetime key are each one key; several keys are bought as a monthly subscription.
Referral credits and extra days
Extra days earned through referrals or referral milestones, or granted by us, have no cash value and are not refunded or exchanged. A code's 10% off applies only to the payment it was used on: renewals are at the full price, and a refund is of the amount you actually paid.
When we may refuse
Refunds are not given where a key was shared or resold, the licence check was tampered with, or a chargeback has already been opened. If you open a chargeback instead of emailing us, we will provide the payment processor with our records, and the licence is suspended while it is resolved.
