Nothing is shipped

mouzeclick is software delivered online. There is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery charge, in India or anywhere else.

When you receive it

As soon as your payment succeeds, your licence key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. The same email has the download links for Windows 10 and 11 and for macOS 12 or newer.

Where to find it later

Your key and downloads are always on your account page: sign in with the same email address and a one-time code. Each monthly renewal keeps the same key; nothing new needs to be installed.

If it has not arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If there is still nothing an hour after paying, email [email protected] with the email address you paid with. We reply within two working days and send the key by hand if anything went wrong.

Free trial keys

A free trial key arrives by email within a few minutes of asking for it, with the same download links. Its 3 days start the first time you open the app with it.

30-day pass keys

A 30-day pass key arrives by email within a few minutes of the payment, with the download links. When you pay for another 30 days, the same key keeps working and the email says the new end date.

Access

The app works for as long as your subscription, 30-day pass or yearly key is active; a lifetime key does not end. Cancelling a subscription stops renewals; the app keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. See refunds and cancellation.
